Information submitted through forms
Contact and demo forms may collect your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, institution, institution type, campus range, preferred meeting time, interests and message. The server may also record submission time, IP address, browser user agent, source page, campaign parameters, referring page, landing page, CAPTCHA result and delivery status for security and follow-up.
Purpose and referral
Websol uses this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a school-software recommendation, arrange a Websol CAMS demonstration or proposal, prevent spam, troubleshoot delivery and improve the website and enquiry experience. SIMS may connect suitable enquiries with the Websol CAMS sales and implementation team.
Lead storage and email
Lead records are stored outside the public web directory and may also be delivered to authorized Websol recipients through configured SMTP. A delivery failure does not erase the stored lead. Access should be restricted to authorized personnel and covered by backup and retention procedures.
Attribution and optional analytics
The browser may preserve first-touch campaign information such as UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers in local storage so that an enquiry can be attributed to the page or campaign that introduced the visitor. Where an approved Google Tag Manager container is configured, technologies deployed through that container may set their own identifiers and are subject to approved consent and privacy controls.
CAPTCHA and external services
When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA processes technical information to distinguish legitimate submissions from abuse. Their own privacy terms may apply. The site may also link to WhatsApp, email, Websol CAMS and other Websol resources.
Blog and publishing
Published articles may display author names, dates, categories, tags, images and public content. Do not upload confidential, student-sensitive or unlicensed copyrighted information.
